Heroic half pint continues to flex her muscles

You never know how something is going to affect someone. So it makes us all feel pretty good that our young character has been welcomed with open (and nicely toned) arms. This past First Friday we were running low on books thanks to the number of orders that have been placed, but we were running high on enthusiasm.

At some point during the evening, the large Greta rubber stamp originally designed for packaging turned into a makeshift temporary tattoo maker, and now there's no going back. If Tricia is around to apply your ink, let her. Brilliant idea. Flawless execution.

Stay inspired and creative, all. You can do anything.

Color Me Soaring.

It's July 1st and few things can compete with the heat except maybe a delicious hang glider pizza. "What," you say. "Crazy!" Sure. If you're thinking about what is. When you think about what's possible, everything suddenly changes. Eyes widen. Doors open. Clouds part and make way for butterflies and sun rays. This is the 4th in the Greta coloring page series and there will be many more that follow.

If you're in Las Vegas this evening, looking for something to do, stop by the Joseph Watson Collection at the Arts Factory during First Friday. Take a look at the art on the walls and pick up as many coloring pages as you like. Buttons, stickers, and hand stamps too. All complimentary.

Get there early if you want to get a good parking spot (or one at all). Harder to park a pepperoni pizza glider but anything's possible.
